Went back again and it was a really great time . There was a super sweet girl named Ava who checked us in . She was very polite and friendly. Then we ordered some pizzas , breadsticks ,wings & salad bar of course! And you know we had to have that truly on tap :) . As far as pizza we loved the stuff crust . So fire!!!! And the salad bar was nice and clean. Ingredients fresh. We had fun playing all the games they were up n running none were broken down so that was great. At some point chuckee came n did a party . He was very entertaining. He really did a great job!! And the kids loved him! I was even was able to snag a picture. Overall it was a great experience!

I've been to the Gilroy, San Jose, and Dublin location, and in my personal opinion, this is the location I prefer. Service was friendly and the building was clean and well maintained. Be advised that if you plan on having your children enjoy the indoor play area, there is n additional 15$ charge and your child is required to be under 56 inches in height, no exceptions. We decided not eat, but the there are plenty of tables to dine at including community style tables for celebrations and parties. The pizza smelled and looked amazing and the salad bar and drink station were well kept. All in all, this will probably be my location of choice for future visits. With Gratitude, Vanessa

Went in for our first time in about 7 years, the place has been remodeled since we last visited. We had a Groupon for unlimited play and weren't super sure how it works. So Crystal at the front counter helped us out, explained everything, and was a fantastic hostess. We had fun playing games! Going on a week night was the right idea because it wasn't super crowded but as to be expected these places are LOUD. It was surprisingly clean too which we all appreciated. 8/10 would take the kids again.

Pizza is always great! It never disappoints. Love a good thin crust! Makes coming here that much better! My two year old son loves to come here for its new trampoline! But being that today I had more time for our visit I bought him a play card. He was enjoying his first ride when our food was up and as soon as I brought him down I left our play card behind. We ate our pizza, I was bummed but figured he still had his wrist band for the trampoline and we've gone without play time before so he'd be okay. But I decided it wasn't fair that because of my mistake my son was going to not play games or ride those rides with the flashing lights so I went up to buy a new play card. A $22 card which I had previously bought but daniel(manager of this location) was really helpful when I explained what had happened, gave us a new card to use! Added the same value and my son is now enjoying games. His first time doing that too! Thank you Daniel for being great! We look forward to more visits with you guys!

People say Chuck E. Cheese is gross and sticky. I went for the first time last week and let me just say, I've been completely surprised. The staff are next level amazing. Especially the two managers I met and this nice lady at the front counter. There's a current promotion where you get 50-250 games a day for 2 months straight for one flat fee. And my account keeps not registering different parts, but the staff and really gone above and beyond what you have come to expect from retail employees these days. They make sure I still get what I paid for every time. I even brought my son back the next day because he had so much fun and the employees were so helpful. That's so rare these days. The main gaming area and tables were very clean. The bathroom was disgusting the one time I used it. Over a span of 2 visits we ordered a pizza, a huge cookie, some drinks, dippin dots, and some ice cream. All were very fresh. The only one that we didn't care for was the huge cookie. Not very tasty. We will definitely go back.

Walked into the Chuck E. Cheese. I'm still happy that it's still up. I got greeted upon arrival there was a little bit of a wait. I ordered a #5for pizza which came with for beverages. I highly recommend you go for the # 6 that has two pizzas and six beverages I only say that because I don't feel that the pizza is enough since it's so thin . all the kids we're very happy and Chuck E. Cheese himself came out. He's very good with children. I went to the register and was greeted by the manager Mia she has a positive attitude is very fast and I can see why she's the manager. She made our experience overall amazing for my daughter and her cousins highly recommend

This place has been remodeled! They now have a trampoline (52" and below height requirement) you can't be over 52" which is good for little ones safety while jumping but my 11 year old was a little bummed out to be too tall. Either way, we had so much fun tonight on 2/27! All the employees on shift this afternoon were happy to be at work and super friendly/helpful! All the machines were in working order, the salad bar was well stocked, the food came out in a timely manner and it was delicious! They have new menu items that we sampled and they were GOOD! The best part was that there were only a few families there and they still brought Chuck out! Now that's true and genuine customer service! For a safe, family fun activity I highly recommend this place. Download the app if you can! It's great for redeeming points and they give you free tickets and meal deals. It's worth it if you come often!

I love this place now. Delilah was our server and simply blew me my wife and I away! Food was better new management was better, simply just wow for chuckie cheese lol. Even the feeling in the room was good.

I was there for a kid's birthday party. I did one of the cashiers if they offered military discounts because I wanted to order some pizzas that than the ones that were already provided at the party - but the cashier said no. I went on the Chuck e cheese website and it specifically states that they do have packages for military, such as the Alpha or Bravo packages. The pizzas were greasy and delicious and the salad bar was always stocked up with fresh items. I also liked the big cookie, it was moist and the chocolate chips were perfectly melted. I waited a while to claim my tickets, many other customers and myself were getting frustrated because all the employees were helping others besides those waiting in the ticket line. Luckily Jaeda was there. She assisted me and my family quickly and she was friendly. She was professional and made the me and my family's entire Chuck E. Cheese experience way better.
